摘要
BIBF-I型加球机采用斜向滚筒型执行机构实现对球磨机的智能加球,工作过程中由于钢球的滚动、跌落等现象产生对主轴的运动载荷,同时由于钢球、滚筒的自身质量产生弯矩、扭矩。针对BIBF-I型智能加球机的执行机构建立几何模型,针对机构运动中产生的碰撞接触,依据接触碰撞理论在MATLAB中将模型进行离散化,将实体由嵌入到实体中的曲线代替,并运用ADAMS/View软件对模型进行动力学仿真,对关键部件进行动力学分析,通过在有限元模型的载荷作用点设置坐标标记的方法,获得关键位置的载荷值,并以有限元软件相应的格式输出载荷,供进一步有限元分析使用。
BIBF-I ball Feeder executes the intelligent ball feeding by oblique roller actuator.There are moving load to the main shaft due to the rolling,falling and other phenomena of steel balls and so as the resulting bending moment and torsional moment because of the quality of the steel balls and drums themselves.Based on the actuator,the geometry of BIBF-I ball feeder is established,and due to the contact-impact theory,the collision contact will be discrete in MATLAB by the entity instead of the curve.The model is simulated in the ADAMS/View,and the dynamic analysis of key components is obtained.The load value of marked point in the finite element model is calculated and output in the corresponding format of the finite element analysis for further use.
