摘要
智能电网是电力、自动化和信息通信三大技术的综合,统一、高效、灵活和高生存性的通信平台是智能电网的必要支撑。随着智能电网的发展,未来电力系统通信业务将转向大颗粒IP业务,业务传输所需的带宽将迅速增长。针对电力系统通信业务对光通信网络的新要求,提出在电力通信系统中采用PTN技术的必要性。文章根据电力系统通信的特点,分析了建立基于分组的统一通信平台的必要性,提出PTN技术更适应电力系统通信业务IP化的需求;介绍了作为IP网络发展趋势的PTN的历史和特点;特别是对PTN的实时通信支持能力和时间同步能力给予关注;论述了PTN在电力通信网中的应用方案,对使用PTN建立统一分组电力通信网进行了展望。
As the integration of electric power,automation,information and communication technology,smart grid needs a communication platform which is unified,efficient,flexible and high-survivability to support.With the development of smart grid,the future communication business of power system will turn to large packet IP business,as well as quickly grow of the business transmission bandwidth.For power system communication business on the new requirements of optical communication network,the necessity of using PTN(Packet Transport Network) technology is analyzed.According to the characteristics of the power system communication and the analysis of the necessity of building an unified platform which is based on packet,PTN technology which is more adaptable to the requirement of IP communication business of the power system is proposed.Then,the history and characteristics of the PTN as the trend of the IP network development are introduced,especially focusing on the support capability of real-time communication and the time synchronization ability of PTN.At last,a scheme of the application of electric power communication network is proposed,and the establishment of unified packet electric power communication network using PTN is prospected.
