摘要
介绍了在全球软件外包行业超速发展的大环境下,为实现我国软件产业的快速发展,国家采取的一系列政策和措施。详细论述了长春大学软件学院在人才培养模式改革与创新、校企合作办学等方面的做法及取得的成效。2008级学生的就业情况充分说明了该人才培养模式的先进性和有效性。
This article introduces a series of national policies and measures taken to realize the rapid development of national software industry under the global environment of overspeed development in software outsourcing industry.Then it discusses in detail the practice and results of the talent training mode reform and innovation,as well as school-enterprise cooperation.The employment situation of 2008 grade students has fully shown the advancement and effectiveness of this talent training mode.
