知识服务是一种全新的服务理念,而高校图书馆知识服务是时代发展的必然趋势。本文通过对高校图书馆知识服务概念和特征的介绍,调查了高校图书馆知识服务的研究现状,并提出发展高校图书馆知识服务的具体措施。
Knowledge service is a new service concept.Knowledge service in universities is an inevitable trend in the development of times.Based on the introduction of the concept and characteristics of knowledge service,this essay analyzes the situation of intellectual service in university libraries and presents some specific measures.
