摘要
目的探讨善愈聚丙烯网片在复发性腹股沟疝中的应用。方法分析使用北京天助畅运公司的善愈补片腹膜前间隙修补48例复发性腹股沟疝的病例,观察手术时间、平均住院日、术后并发症及近期随访情况。结果 48例患者全部治愈,手术时间35～95min,平均55min;术后切口轻微疼痛,有3例患者需口服药物止痛;阴囊浆液肿1例,尿潴留3例,术后住院时间平均为4.5d;术后均随访至今,无复发。结论善愈补片腹膜前间隙修补术是一种治疗复发疝的可靠方法,具有手术操作简单、安全,手术损伤小、并发症少和复发率低等优点。
Objective To discuss the application in repair of recurrent inguinal hernia with EasyProsthesis polypropylene mesh. Methods To analyse datas of operation time, average hospital days, complications and recent follow-up investigation of 48 patients with recurrent inguinal hernia treated by EasyProsthesis preperitoneal prosthesis. Results All 48 patients were cured with no recurrence based on current follow-up. The operation time was between 35 to 95 minutes with an average of 55 minutes; mean postoperative hospital stay was 4.5 days. Three cases needed analgesic pews, 1 case suffered scrotum hydrops, 3 cases had urinary retention. Conclusions EasyProsthesis preperitoneal prosthesis is a safe, effective, fewer complications and lower recurrence rate technique for recurrent inguinal hernia.
