摘要
由于雾天有光亮条件的干扰,雾天拍摄的图片经常都有很严重的图像降质;针对雾天图片的退化情况,文章提出了一种基于粗集理论在空域采用3×3滑动窗口的图像增强方法,通过对实物照片的处理表明该方法在图像增强效果和时间复杂性方面均优于传统图像增强方法,在重现原图的基础上能有效地改善雾天图像的退化现象和提高图像清晰度。
Since existing the lighting interference of foggy weather,images taken in fogs ordinarily have the comparatively serious degradation.According to the degraded phenomenon of the images,this paper proposes a new method based on rough set theory for image enhancement.In this method,a slide window is of used in space domain.Experimental results show that the method proposed above is very effective to improve the degradation of images and can enhance the clearness of images on originally images.
