差异蛋白质组学在植物逆境生理机制研究中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 对差异蛋白质组学在植物逆境生理机制中的应用进行综述,植物对干旱、盐胁迫、低温、厌氧等非生物胁迫,以及虫害、细菌、真菌感染等生物胁迫均有很强的响应机制,蛋白质组均发生了显著变化,应用差异蛋白质组学研究植物对胁迫的应答和适应性,可以更好地了解植物在受到胁迫后的伤害机制,揭示植物对环境的适应机制和防御机制,但关于逆境差异蛋白质组学在活性天然产物研究中未见文献报道。
