摘要
湖南省对外贸易在开放型经济发展中呈现短板效应,需要通过扩总量、转方式推动其大力发展。建议:一要发掘农业资源优势,扩大优质农副产品出口额;二要配合新型工业化战略,扩大高技术含量、高附加值产品的出口比重;三要加快承接产业转移,优化贸易方式结构;四要推行外经外贸联动,让湖南制造借船出海;五要优化贸易主体结构,全面提升各类企业开拓国际市场能力;六要积极参与国际区域经济合作,优化贸易市场结构;七要改善进口商品结构,扩大资源性产品和高新技术及产品进口。
Hunan＇ s foreign trade is suffering from the buckets effect in the open economy; therefore, we ought to promote the economic aggregate and the transformation of development pattern so as to push forward the overall development. First, we should make use of the superiority of agricultural resources so as to expand the export of high-quality？agricultural products; Second, we have to increase export proportion of the products with higb technology or high added values in accordance with the new industrialization strategy; Third, we should speed up the industrial transfer ,which enables us to optimize the？trade？structure ;Fourth, we should link foreign economy and foreign trade, which can facilitate the export of products made in Hunan; Fifth, we should optimize the main trade structure so as to speed up business capability to explore the international market; Sixth, it is necessary for us to actively participate in the international or regional economic cooperation, through which we are able to optimize the trade market structure; Seventh, it is essential for us to improve the structure of imported goods , in which resource-based products ,high technology and high-tech products should be increased.
