摘要
研究了以物质标准生成焓为基础的酸岩反应热计算方法,并根据该方法得出了考虑温度和压力影响的酸岩反应热计算公式。分析了温度和压力对反应热计算的影响,结果表明:温度对酸岩反应热的影响总是很大;低于40MPa时压力对酸岩反应热影响也很大;计算反应热时应考虑地层的温度和压力条件,将标准反应热转化为地层裂缝条件下的实际反应热。实例模拟分析表明:碳酸盐岩储层酸压时,酸岩反应热会对裂缝温度场和酸液穿透距离产生很大影响,因而酸压设计时必须将酸岩反应热考虑在内。
According to a method to calculate acid-rock reaction heat based on standard enthalpy of formation, a formula of acid-rock reaction heat considering the influence of temperature and pressure is obtained. Result shows that: (1) temperature always has a great effect on acid-rock reaction heat; (2) pressure lower than 40MPa has a strong effect also; (3) formation temperature and pressure should be considered when calculating the reaction heat, and the standard reaction heat should be converted into the real reaction heat under formation fracture condition. Case study indicates that during acid fracturing of carbonate reservoir, acid-rock reaction heat can affect greatly fracture temperature field and acid-fluid penetration distance. Therefore, the reaction heat must be taken into consideration in acid-fracturing design.
