摘要
AMK-2000组合测井是利用声波测井(AMK)和伽马-伽马测井(SGDT)两种方法监测井筒技术状况和水泥胶结质量。由于台南气田为第四系疏松砂岩气田,地层较疏松,成岩性差,固井质量难以保证,用常规的声波变密度测井难以对固井质量和生产井第二胶结面作出评价,2010年引进了AMK-2000固井质量测井技术,对台南气田的固井质量进行实测,其结果与常规声幅测井(CBL)和声幅变密度测井(VDL)对比有较大的优越性,能反映套管与水泥环、水泥环之间以及水泥环与地层间的胶结情况以及微结构、微裂缝。该技术对疏松砂岩气井射孔层位的确定、出砂层位的预判以及后期找窜、封堵具有较大的指导作用,值得在疏松砂岩气田推广。
AMK-2000 is a well-logging combination which may monitor wellbore status and cementation quality using acoustic well-logging (AMK) and gamma-gamma density tool (SGDT). Tainan gasfield is a Quaternary sandstone one with loose formation and poor diagenesis. Therefore, cementing quality used for the field is hard to be guaranteed. Conventional acoustic variable density well-logging (VDL) is not suitable for evaluating cementing quality and the second cementation face of producing well. In 2010, AMK-2000 technology was imported to measure the cementing quality. Result shows that compared with conventional cement borehole well-logging (CBL) and VDL, the technology has a big advantage which can indicate cementation quality between casing and cement sheath, cement sheaths and cement sheath and formation, as well as microstructure and microfracture. It has guiding significance for determining perforating and sand producing horizon, and gas-channeling seeking and plugging of loose-sandstone gas well.
