从煤矸石中提取氧化铝熟料烧成过程工艺研究 被引量:12

摘要 采用石灰石烧结熟料自粉化法从煤矸石中提取氧化铝,探讨了烧成过程中生料配方、烧结温度、出炉温度和保温时间等条件对熟料质量的影响。烧结过程最佳条件为:生料配方C/A=1.9,烧结温度1 340~1 360℃,出炉温度700~900℃,保温时间60min。最佳条件下,烧成熟料的物相组成主要为12CaO.7(Al2O3)和γ-2CaO.SiO2,自粉化时间小于30min,自粉化率近100%,烧成的熟料在碳酸钠溶液中的溶出率达80%以上。 The sintering process of raw materials in extracting alumina from coal gangue was studied by the way of lime stone sintering and self-pulverization. The influence of raw prescription, sintering temperature,sintering holding time and tapping temperature on sinter quality power were examined. The best conditions are that the value of raw prescription C/A is of 1.9, sintered temperature is of 1 340--1 360 ℃ ,the holding time is of 60 min and the tapping temperature is of 700--900 ℃. Under these conditions, the main phases in sintered powder are 12CAO · 7 (Al2O3) and γ-2CAO ·SiO2, the self-pulverization time is less than 30min, and the self-pulverization ration is about 100 %. The Al2O3 leaching ration is more than 80 % when it is leached in sodium carbonate solution.
