摘要
研究了某高硅氧化锌矿与高铁尾矿的混合浸出,考察了锌浸出率、矿浆沉降及过滤性能。结果表明:锌浸出率达91.08%,但矿石不宜单独浸出;矿浆沉降及过滤性能较差;将高铁尾矿与高硅氧化锌矿按1.5∶1的质量比混合后再浸出,则各项指标均达生产要求。该工艺流程简单,可高效利用、回收尾矿资源。
The high silicon zinc oxide ore was mixed with high iron tailings according to certain proportion for leaching experiment. The zinc leaching rate, zinc leaching recovery, the settlement and filter performance of pulp were examined. The results showed that zinc leaching rate was of 89.13%, hut the high silicon ore was not easy to leach alone,the settlement and filter performance of pulp was poor. The high silicon zinc oxide ore was mixed with high iron tailing according to mass ratio of 1.5 : 1, technical indexes were all up to production requirements. The process was simple, high iron the tail- ings could he effectively used.
