摘要
我国检察机关的法律监督是由我国的政党制度和权力机关领导下的"一府两院"结构所决定的,是符合我国国情的内生型监督体系的重要组成部分,需要进一步强化并加以改造。检察监督可以司法化道路为突破口,实现由诉讼监督到重点监督行政权、保障审判独立的转型。
