摘要
文章总结近3年来痹祺胶囊的临床应用和药效研究进展。单独使用痹祺胶囊治疗的疾病种类主要有:第三腰椎综合征;腰肌劳损;椎动脉型颈椎病;神经根型颈椎病;膝关节骨性关节炎;类风湿性关节炎;中重度腰腿痛等。痹祺胶囊联合其它方法治疗的疾病种类主要有:联合理疗、按摩等治疗纤维肌痛症、内服外敷治疗骨关节痛;腰椎间盘突出症;配合牛膝治疗足跟痛症;联合泼尼松治疗风湿性多肌痛;综合疗法治疗关节痛等。药理研究主要有:全方及拆方的镇痛、抗炎作用研究;对关节软骨的保护作用研究;免疫调节作用等。
This article summarized the clinical application and efficacy progress of Biqi Capsule in the past three years.Indications of using Biqi Capsule separately are： third lumbar syndrome;muscle strain;vertebral artery type cervical disease;nerve root type cervical disease;knee osteoarthritis;rheumatoid arthritis;moderate to severe pain and so on.The disease categories of Biqi Capsule combined with other treatments are： Treatment of fibromyalgia syndrome and lumbar disc herniation combined with physical therapy,massage,etc;Oral and topical treatment of bone and joint pain;treatment of heel pain syndrome with traditional Chinese medicine bidentata;treatment of polymyalgia rheumatica combined with Prednisone pine;comprehensive treatment of joint pain,et al.Experimental efficacy studies are： analgesic,anti-inflammatory effect research of the whole prescription and part of the prescription;the protective effect research of articular cartilage;the role of immune regulation,et al.
