术后早期炎性肠梗阻的诊治体会 被引量：8

摘要 术后早期炎性肠梗阻是指由于腹部手术创伤和腹腔内炎症等原因,肠壁水肿和渗出,腹腔内广泛粘连而导致的一种机械性和动力性同时存在的肠梗阻,一般发生在术后2周～1个月。其诊治不同于其他肠梗阻,如误诊为机械性肠梗阻而行手术治疗,则可能引起肠瘘、重度感染等严重并发症。本院采用非手术方法治疗术后早期炎性肠梗阻患者18例,现将体会介绍如下。
