摘要
描述了一种自主设计的新型汽车交流发电机调节器刷架总成。该设计通过多层电路联接的方式将电子元器件、金属电路以及印刷电路板组成一个立体回路。将调节器刷架总成中的信号电路与功率电路巧妙地分隔开来,最后再与双层散热板整体注塑,形成一个整体。为电子与机械的有机结合作出了尝试。
An independent design of new type regulatorsbrush holder in vehicles alternator is described. This kind of design constructs a tridimensional loop with electric component, metal circuit and print circuit board through multi-layer connection method. The signal and power circuit of brush holder is smartly separated, and finally double-layer heat sink is casted as a whole, which makes an attempt for the combination of electronic and mechanical.
