四极异步起动永磁同步潜油电机的电磁设计与起动性能仿真 被引量:1

摘要 根据异步起动永磁同步潜油电机的细长、立式、定转子分段、内充润滑油、能异步起动的特点,对普通永磁同步电动机的设计方法进行改进,利用Visual Basic开发了四极异步起动永磁同步潜油电机的电磁设计CAD软件。然后用Ansoft瞬态场对设计样机的起动过程进行电磁场仿真,仿真结果验证了电磁设计的正确性和可行性并根据仿真结果对电机CAD软件程序进行完善。 Based on the characteristics of the line-start PM synchronous submersible motorsuch as slenderness, verticality, stator-rotor segmentation, inside-filling lubricating oil and line-start, this paper modifies the design methods of common PM synchronous motor. The electromagnetic design CAD software of 4-pole line-start PM synchronous submersible motor is de- veloped by Visual Basic. The starting process of the designed model motor is simulated by the Ansoft transient electromagnetic field. The correctness and feasibility of the electromagnetic design are verified and the CAD software procedure of the motor is improved according to the simulation results.
