摘要
绕组采用自粘换位导线可以提高变压器的性能,应用日益广泛。该类型绕组的干燥处理对于变压器的绝缘性能和抗短路能力是至关重要的。以往各变压器厂家的绕组干燥处理工艺不针对产品类型进行区分。笔者通过比较两种绕组干燥处理的工艺过程和参数要求,提出了不同工艺所适用的产品范围,为制造厂选择具体工艺方法提供了指导。
Drying treatment of self-bonding transposed conductor exerts significant influence on the insulation performance and short-circuit resistance capability of transformers.However,conventional drying treatment process does not distinguish different types of windings.The author lists diverse drying treatment processes for different windings by comparing the drying treatment processes and parameter requirements of two distinct windings in order to help manufactures select right drying treatment processes.
