摘要
研究了修订CJJ 17—2004生活垃圾卫生填埋技术规范中渗沥液处理系统的技术条文要点:渗沥液处理后出水水质应符合GB 16889—2008生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准和相关地方排放标准的规定;渗沥液处理可分为预处理、生物处理、深度处理,具体的处理工艺组合方式应在满足国家和地方排放标准的前提下,根据渗沥液的水质特性、产生量等因素,经充分的技术经济论证后选用。
The revise points of technical articles of leachate treatment system in CJJ 17--2004 Technical Code for Municipal Solid Waste Sanitary Landfill was studied.It is concluded that effluent quality after leachate treatment should comply with the requirements of GB 16889--2008 Standard for Pollution Control on the Landfill Site of Municipal Solid Waste and relevant local emission standards,The process ofleachate treatment can be divided into pre-treatment,biological treatment,and advanced treatment.On the premise of meeting national and local emission standards,the specific combinations of treatment process should be selected after sufficient studies of technical and economic feasibility,according to leachate characteristics and its outout.
