渠系蓄量补偿下游常水位运行方式研究 被引量:7

摘要 把蓄量补偿原理应用到常规下游常水位运行方式中,根据已知的初始和最终需求流量之间的蓄量变化,以及对水流传播到渠道下游所需时间的估计,来安排各渠段入流的变化过程,并把该流量变化过程作为控制器的前馈输入,同时利用渠段实时目标水位进行反馈控制,使渠系在蓄量补偿作用下实现了下游常水位运行.结合渠道运行控制系统的基本结构,建立了该运行方式下的长距离输水渠系运行控制仿真模型.通过对实际工程进行仿真计算,结果表明,蓄量补偿下游常水位运行方式无论在渠道运行控制性能指标上,还是渠道的响应时间上,都明显优于常规下游常水位运行方式及流量主动补偿下游常水位运行方式. The volume compensation principles were applied to traditional constant downstream depth method of operation.According to the volume change between known initial and final desired flow conditions,as well as the time estimation of flow travelling down the canal,the schedules of inflow change were computed for each canal pool.The changed inflow was used as the feedforward input of controller,and the real-time target water levels were simultaneously used to perform feedback control for each canal pool,then the constant downstream depth method of operation was realized under the volume compensation action.Combining with the basic structure of canal operation control system,the operation control simulation model of long distance water transfer canal was established under this operation method.The simulation to actual project indicates the constant downstream depth method of operation based on volume compensation principles is superior to traditional operation method,as well as the operation method based on discharge active compensation,not only in the aspect of control performance indicators,but also canal response time.
