船体分段焊接作业工时研究及智能计算方法 被引量:8

摘要 针对当前国内造船企业焊接作业工时定额制定不准确、工时管理困难的现状,从能量守恒思想出发,提出一种新的计算焊接工时定额的方法.根据焊丝(或焊条)熔敷金属的体积与熔入焊缝的金属体积相等的原理,解决焊缝横截面积、焊丝熔化速度的计算等关键问题,以得到焊接速度,从而制定出作业工时.建立相应的知识库和推理机,实现焊接工时的智能化计算.经验证,该方法计算制定的工时定额符合船体分段焊接的实际情况,为生产管理提供了可靠的基础数据. Based on conservation of energy,a new method of calculation for welding man-hours was presented to improve the accuracy of welding man-hour quotas and management levels for a shipyard.Considering the principle that the volume of the deposited metal of a welding wire is equal to the volume of molten metal in a welding line,the weld area and fusing speed were calculated;then the welding speed and man-hours could be obtained.Furthermore,by setting up the knowledge-base and inference engine,the intelligent calculation of welding man-hours was achieved.The calculation method was implemented and verified by an experiment in a welding workshop for hull blocks by using real welding lines of blocks.
