摘要
当前我国矿山环保治理建设面临治理资金短缺的瓶颈,严重制约我国矿业产业与经济社会的可持续发展。结合目前我国地方政府矿山环保融资困难的现状,提出市政债券融资的创新机制具有重要的现实意义。通过论述市政债券在美国的发展现状,以及我国矿山环保投资引入市政债券的可行性,并结合我国矿山环保的特点提出了相关政策建议。
