找出影响变电站值班员办理工作票的因素，并根据各种因素制定相应的措施，以提高变电站值班员办理工作票的速度，达到提高工作效率的目的，实现设备和电网安全稳定运行的目标。
Electrical work order is an important basis for carrying out maintenance and test of electrical equipment and power construc- tion projeet, and important measure for ensuring staff, power network and equipment safety in the electricity production process. Find- ing the influence factors of handling electrical work order for substation attendant, according to the various factors, aye introduced, to improve the handling speed of electrical work order for substation attendant, increase work efficiency, and realize the goal of safe and steady operation of equipment and power network.
