摘要
采用UTM-100试验机对复合式基层沥青路面上基层级配碎石进行了室内三轴剪切试验,分析了碎石级配、应力水平、含水量和密实度对级配碎石抗剪强度参数的影响,结果表明:级配碎石的应力-应变曲线具有明显的应变软化特性;碎石级配、应力水平、含水量和密实度对级配碎石抗剪强度参数均产生较大影响.推荐复合式基层沥青路面中级配碎石采用UGM(26.5);推荐复合式基层沥青路面结构分析中UGM(26.5)抗剪强度参数取值范围为:黏聚力(C)60~62kPa,内摩擦角(Ф)40°~41°,并计算得到UGM(26.5)的抗剪强度为90~160kPa.
The indoor triaxial shear test was done by UTM-100 testing machine to analysis the shear pro-perties of the graded gravel upper base in composite asphalt pavement,and the effect of gravel grade,stress level,water content and density on the shear strength parameters of graded gravel was investigated.The results indicate that the stress-strain curve of graded gravel is obviously softened;the gravel grade,stress level,water content and density evidently influence the shear strength parameters of graded gravel.Lastly the recommending graded gravel is UGM(26.5),scope of shear strength parameters:cohesion(C) is 60-62 kPa,internal friction angle(Ф) is 40°-41°,and the shear strength of graded gravel is calculated to be 90-160kPa.
