摘要
开关频率不固定是传统固定滞环电流跟踪控制的一个主要缺点。为获得一个稳定的开关频率,这里提出了一种变滞环电流跟踪控制的新方法。该方法基本原理是基于相邻误差电流过零点时间来计算对应的滞环上、下阈值。这里给出了上、下阈值计算的解析表达式,分析了变滞环电流跟踪控制稳定的必要条件以及滞环环宽的变化规律。针对单相两电平电压型逆变器,给出了死区时间的消除方法,分析了该方法实现的基本原理以及开关状态切换策略。最后给出了仿真和实验结果。
Conventional hysteresis current controllers have a major disadvantage of a variable switching frequency.To achieve a constant switching frequency, this paper presents a novel variable hysteresis control method, by using the adjacent current error zero crossing time to calculate the upper/lower hysteresis bandwidth.The expression of the upper/ lower hysteresis bandwidth is presented.The paper analyses the necessary condition for stability of the variable hysteresis control,and the law of hysteresis bandwidth.Aiming at a single-phase two-level voltage inverter,based on the variable hysteresis control method, a dead-time elimination method is presented.The principle of the proposed dead-time elimination method ,and state transitions are described.Finally,simulation and experimental results are given.
