脉冲染料激光治疗鲜红斑痣后湿疹一例

摘要 患儿男，4月龄，因激光治疗术后左侧面部渗出结痂6d于2010年11月28日到我科就诊。患儿2个月前因左侧面部鲜红斑痣（图1）在我院接受脉冲染料激光（pulsed dye laser，PDL）（赛诺秀Cynergy激光治疗仪，PDL模式）治疗，波长585nm，脉宽2ms，光斑直径7mm，能量8～9J／cm^2.
