垂体瘤转化基因PTTG与肿瘤血管生成相关研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 垂体瘤转化基因是一种强有力的肿瘤转化基因,可以通过许多途径参与肿瘤的发生、发展。目前发现PTTG和肿瘤发生相关的机制可能是促进非整数倍细胞分裂;通过转录活化c-myc而发挥细胞转化作用;参与肿瘤的血管生成。PTTG促进血管内皮生长因子、碱性成纤维生长因子、基质金属蛋白酶2、胰岛素样生长因子1的表达,抑制凝血酶敏感蛋白1的表达,从而参与肿瘤的血管生成。在此就PTTG与这些血管生成因子的调节关系进行综述。 Pituitary tumor transforming gene(PTTG)is a powerful tumor-transforming gene,involved in tumor development through many ways,which may be related to the mechanisms of promoting non-integer cell division;transcriptional activation by c-myc play a role in cell transformation;active MAPK,PI3K pathway involved in tumor angiogenesis.Recent research reported that PTTG could induce b-FGF,MMP-2,VEGF,IGF-1 and inhibit TSP-1 to regulate angiogenesis.Here is mainly to review the recent advances in the research of correlation between PTTG and angiogenesis.
