不同剂量催产素对产妇早期泌乳量的影响 被引量:10

摘要 目的观察不同剂量催产素对产妇产后前3d泌乳量的影响,更好的促进母乳喂养。方法择我院分娩的产妇230例,其中剖宫产115例,自然分娩115例,应用催产素剂量≤40U为A1组,40~60U为B1组,评估产妇产后3d内母乳喂养情况;我院分娩的产妇460例,其中剖宫产230例,自然分娩230例,应用催产素剂量≤60U为A2组,>60U为B2组,评估产妇产后3d内母乳喂养情况。结果 B1组与A1组之间的泌乳量比较,第1、2d泌乳量减少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),第3d差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B2组与A2组相比,3d泌乳量减少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大剂量应用催产素可能导致产妇早期泌乳量减少,影响母乳喂养率。 Objective To observe the effect on lactation yield of puerpera by adopting oxytocic hormone during the first three days of post partum so as to promote breast feeding.Methods 230 puerperal women were elected in our hospital,of which half of them were caesarean birth,and the rest were parturition through vagina.They were divided into two groups:oxytocic hormone ≤40U was applied to group A1,while oxytocic hormone 40~60U was applied to group B1.The aim was to evaluate the circumstances of breast feeding within the first three days of post partum.Furthermore,460 puerperal women were elected,of which half of them were caesarean birth,and the rest were parturition through vagina.They were also divided into two groups:oxytocic hormone≤60U was applied to group A2,while oxytocic hormone60U was applied to group B2.The aim was to evaluate the circumstances of breast feeding during the first three days of post partum.Results Compared with Group A1,lactation yield of group Bl reduces(P0.05) during the first two days,but the lactation yield of two groups have no differences(P0.05) on the third day.Compared with Group A2,1actation yield of group B2 reduces(P0.05) during the first three days.Conclusion Using large doses of oxytocic hormone may lead to reducing of lactation yield for puerpera.
