摘要
3Cr13马氏体不锈钢所制弹片在工作306 min后返厂复试,复试试验中发生断裂。利用微距照相机和扫描电镜对失效弹片断口和侧面、失效弹片人工断口、未失效弹片的人工断口进行宏观和微观观察,并用能谱仪对个别区域进行成分分析,利用显微硬度计对两种弹片进行了硬度检测。结果表明:弹片受到应力腐蚀作用,萌生沿晶裂纹,之后发生疲劳扩展,导致弹片断裂失效;建议加强弹片使用前的存放管理,避免受到腐蚀介质的侵蚀。
A 3Cr13 stainless steel reed fractured after service for several hours.In order to find out the failure mode and cause, macro and micro observation on original and man-made fracture surfaces,energy spectrum analysis,and hardness testing were carried out.In addition,analysis of the man-made fracture surface and hardness testing of an intact reed was also carried out. The results show that inter-granular crack initiated due to stress corrosion,and then the crack propagated as a fatigue crack, resulting in the fracture.Keeping the parts away from corrosion media can effectively prevent the type of failure.
