柔性内管注水泥技术

摘要 针对常规内管法注水泥技术存在的缺陷,设计了柔性内管注水泥技术方案,分析并论证了该技术方案的可行性;根据可行性分析结果设计了两种柔性内管注水泥工具,介绍了该工具的工作原理及使用方法、固井工艺,描述了注水泥工艺的操作步骤,地面试验及现场应用表明该工艺能够成功完成内管注水泥作业;消除了常规内管注水泥工艺存在的不足,提高了大直径套管内管固井成功率。 According to the flaws of the two present conventional cementing techniques through inner tube, the cementing plan through flexible inner tube is designed, and the feasibility of the plan is analyzed and proved. Based on the feasibility analysis results, two types of tools are developed for cementing through flexible inner tube. The working principle and using method of the tools are described, as well as the cementing process. And the cementing procedures of the novel cementing techniques are illustrated. The ground experiments and field tests show that the cementing work can be successfully carried out through the novel techniques, indicating the novel technique can overcome the flaws coming from the conventional cementing technique through inner tube, and it can improve the success ratio of cementing techniques through inner tube for wells with large radius casing
