摘要
设计了一套预缩机PLC控制系统,利用专业编程软件STEP7-Micro/WIN进行编程,采用WINCC软件进行人机界面设计,并模拟了设计产品的运行,从而实现了预缩机的自动控制,提高了织物的处理质量,使系统运行更加安全、可靠.
A PLC control system of pre-shrinking machine is designed,using professional programming software STEP7-Micro/WIN program,and the man-machine interface is designed with software WINCC.The operation of the design product is simulated in order to achieve a pre-shrinking machine＇s automatic control.It improves the quality of the fabric treatment,and makes the system more secure and reliable.
