摘要
主要就截面法在卧式储油罐体积计算中的应用进行了探讨.对罐体无偏斜和变位两种情况,利用截面法计算得到了卧式储油罐油量与油面高度的函数关系,并通过对油罐体积积分,给出了油量与油液高度在变位下的标定表.利用截面法计算卧式储油罐油量,最大的优点为:不需求出具体积分表达式,容易编程求解,而且可用于截面为圆的储油罐的体积计算.
This article focuses on the section method that is used in the horizontal tank volume calculations.For no deflection of the tank and variable bit,horizontal cross-section method has been used to compute oil storage and oil tank height function.By integration of the tank volume it gives the oil storage and oil under a height of deformation in the calibration table.The major advantages of cross-section method for oil storage tank are that it does not demand a specific integral expression,is easy to write program solution,and can be used to cross-section round the tank volume.
