摘要
研究了 NASICON 湿敏元件的老化性能。提出了溶解—析晶老化模型,该模型能很好地解释经磷酸处理后,NASICON 湿敏元件的老化性能改善的原因。
The aging mechanism of Nasicon hu- midity sensor was studied.A solving -crystallizing model of aging mechanism was proposed.The model could explain why the aging behvior of Nasicon humi- dity sensor was improved after treated in phospheric acid.
