摘要
[目的]该研究旨在探讨野生大花杓兰种子人工大量繁殖的培养条件。[方法]以大花杓兰半成熟种子为试验材料,对其在无菌条件下的萌发进行了研究。[结果]结果表明,0.5%的NaClO预处理种子160 min,pH 5.8及添加0.5 mg/L 6-BA和马铃薯浸提物的Harvais培养基是大花杓兰种子无菌萌发的最佳培养条件。[结论]该研究为大花杓兰种子的组培繁殖提供依据。
[Objective] This study aimed to investigate the culture conditions for artificial mass propagation of wild Cypripedium macranthos seeds.[Method] Semi-mature seeds of Cypripedium macranthos were used as test materials for study the germination under sterile conditions.[Result] The results showed that the optimal culture conditions for sterile germination of Cypripedium macranthos seeds were pretreatment with 0.5% of NaClO for 160 min,pH 5.8 and using Harvais medium containing 0.5 mg/L of 6-BA and potato extracts.[Conclusion] This research had provided basis for tissue culture and propagation of Cypripedium macranthos seeds.
