无功能性胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤的诊治 被引量：1

摘要 胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤（pancreatic neuroendocnne tumors，PNET）来源于胰岛细胞，又称为胰岛细胞瘤（isle tcell tumors，ICTs），是胰腺肿瘤很重要的一种类型，发生率约为0．4／10万人，约占临床诊断胰腺肿瘤的2％-4％，其中10％-20％伴有多发内分泌肿瘤（multiple endocrine neoplasm，MEN）。
