摘要
目前阅读疗法在高校心理健康教育中应用有限,主要针对存在心理问题的人群。对阅读疗法在高校心理健康教育中的优势功能及如何建立面向全体学生的阅读疗法导读机制进行了探讨,以期更好地发挥阅读疗法的全面功能,整体提升大学生心理自助能力,有效预防心理问题发生。
At present,reading therapy plays limited role in college mental health education,mainly aiming at people with psychological problems.It elaborates the advantages of reading therapy and the ways to establish the instructive system for all student,in order to play the full function of reading therapy,in hopes of improving the college students＇ self-help ability and effectively preventing the psychological issues.
