摘要
牛仔面料的泡沫加工技术,包括牛仔布泡沫丝光、牛仔布泡沫光亮涂层和牛仔布泡沫整理。根据工艺的需要配制起泡剂,并测试其起泡性、稳泡性、耐碱性和相容性;对比了泡沫整理工艺与传统工艺的应用效果。结果表明,将泡沫加工技术应用于牛仔布的丝光、柔软、涂层工序,符合清洁生产和节能减排的要求,值得推广。
Applications of foam finishing technology to denim fabric are introduced, including foam mercerization, foam glossy coating and foam finishing. Foaming agents are prepared depending on the requirements of process, and the foaming property, foam stability, alkali resistance and compatibility of foaming agents are tested. The application effects of foam finishing processes are compared with those of traditional processes. The results show that application of foam finishing technology to mercerization, softening and coating of the denim features energy saving and cost reduction.
