摘要
目的通过运用超声检测方法采集正常人颈总动脉、肱动脉、胫后动脉的血流动力学参数进行分析,探讨监测人体多处动脉血流动力学变化的意义。方法在30例正常人中,将超声多普勒探头置于受试者左侧颈总动脉起始段、左侧肱动脉、左侧胫后动脉测量以上动脉的血管内径、动脉血流流速波传导时间、血流加速度及收缩期射血面积,对获得的多处、多种血流动力学参数进行分析。结果 30例正常人左侧颈总动脉的血管内径平均为(6.05±0.48)mm,动脉血流流速波传导时间平均为(114.15±11.52)ms、血流加速度平均为(15.02±3.40)m/s2、收缩期射血面积平均为(14.98±3.20)cm2。左侧肱动脉的血管内径平均为(3.16±0.42)mm,动脉血流流速波传导时间平均为(184.18±12.67)ms、血流加速度平均为(10.59±2.71)m/s2、收缩期射血面积平均为(8.43±3.68)cm2。左侧胫后动脉的血管内径平均为(2.10±0.29)mm,动脉血流流速波传导时间平均为(292.61±16.49)ms、血流加速度平均为(6.36±1.69)m/s2、收缩期射血面积平均为(5.12±3.32)cm2。结论分析人体多处动脉血流动力学参数可为分析动脉血流动力学改变提供更多的信息,可为了解人体动脉近端动力、远端阻力及血管弹性提供一定的科学依据。
Objective To analyze the hemodynamic parameters of carotid artery,brachial artery and posterior tibial artery of healthy subjects with ultrasonography and its potential value of detecting the changes of hemodynamic parameters of these arteries.Methods Thirty cases of healthy people were enrolled.The ultrasound probe was placed on the left carotid artery,left branchial artery and left posterior tibial artery of each subject to detect the diameter of vessels,blood flow acceleration,transit time of artery flow velocity wave and the ejection areas of systolic peroid for each artery.All these hemodynamic parameters were analyzed.Results The average diameter of left carotid artery of 30 healthy subjects was(6.05 ± 0.48) mm,average transit time of artery flow velocity wave was(114.15±11.52) ms,the flow acceleration was(15.02±3.40) m/s2,the ejection areas of systolic peroid was(14.98 ± 3.20) cm2.The average diameter of left branchial artery of 30 healthy subjects was(3.16 ± 0.42) mm,average transit time of artery flow velocity wave was(184.18±12.67) ms,the flow acceleration was(10.59±2.71) m/s2,the ejection areas of systolic peroid was(8.43±3.68) cm2.The average diameter of left posterior tibial artery of 30 healthy subjects was(2.10±0.29) mm,average transit time of artery flow velocity wave was(292.61±16.49) ms,the flow acceleration was(6.36±1.69) m/s2,the ejection areas of systolic peroid was(5.12±3.32) cm2.Conclusion Analysis of hemodynamic parameters of various arteries of human body provides more informations for the better understanding of the proximal power,distal vascular resistance and elasticity of arteries.
