摘要
为了科学、客观地评价施工企业的绿色施工水平,从资源利用、环境负荷、施工企业综合管理三个方面,系统构建了住宅建设项目的绿色施工评价指标体系,基于绿色施工评价指标体系的模糊性特点,采用三级模糊综合评价模型进行评估,通过实例应用,验证了评价体系的有效性和适用性。
In order to scientifically and objectively evaluate the level of green construction of construction enterprise, the paper builds a green residential building construction project evaluation system from resource use, environmental loading and construction enterprise comprehensive management construction three aspects. Based on the green construction assessment index system fuzzy characteristics, the paper uses three level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for evaluation. The evaluation result of the example shows the effectiveness and feasible of the evaluation system.
