摘要
目的观察男性脑卒中后尿失禁患者临床疗效。方法:采用电针,排尿功能训练,及保鲜膜袋法治疗、护理30例男性脑卒中后尿失禁患者。结果:治疗后膀胱最大容量较治疗前有显著性差异(P<0.01),泌尿系感染、尿道疼痛、污染被褥、阴茎糜烂、体位舒适度等方面有明显改善。结论:康复治疗与护理能有效改善脑卒中后尿失禁状况。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of ,male patients with urinary incontinence after stroke. Mthods： Treated 30 cases of male patients with urinary incontinence after stroke electro-acupuncture, urination training, bags and plastic wrap treatment and care.Results： After treatment,Maximum capacity of the bladder was significant difference （P〈0.01）, Urinary tract infections, urethral pain, pollution, bedding, penis erosion, and other aspects ofpostural comfort improved Significantly.Conclusion： Rehabilitation treatment and care can effectively improve the situation of post-stroke urinary incontinence.
