摘要
比较了低温染色和常规染色的浅、中、深色山羊绒纤维的染色牢度,利用电子单纤维强力仪测试其强伸性能,并利用扫描电子显微镜比较染色前后纤维的表面形态.实验结果表明,山羊绒纤维经过低温染色工艺,单纤维平均断裂强力与断裂伸长率明显提高,浅色和中色染色色牢度与常规染色工艺的色牢度接近,但在染深色时色牢度有所下降,低温染色工艺中纤维鳞片表面的损伤比常规染色纤维小,表明低温染色工艺可以减轻染色过程中对山羊绒纤维的损伤,尤其是深色染色更为明显,从而提高山羊绒后续产品的服用性能.
The tensile properties of dyed cashmere under low-temperature and high-temperature were tested usingsingle fiber tensile tester. The surface morphology of cashmere and dyed cashmere is observed by the scanning electron microseope(SEM). It is showed that the damage on the scale of cashmere is less under low temperature dyeing compared with high-temperature dyeing, and the tensile strength of deyed cashmere fiber is high for lowtemperature dyeing. Light-color and medium-color cashmere fiber dyed by Pula under low-temperature dyeing has a good color fastness.
