摘要 尾状叶为肝脏Couinaud分段的Ⅰ段，它临近第一肝门，上近第二肝门，后方侧是第三肝门和下腔静脉。由于复杂的解剖关系，使得尾状叶肿瘤的切除充满了难度和风险，术中处理不慎，容易造成难以控制的大出血、致命性静脉空气栓塞等严重并发症。近年来，随着对肝尾状叶解剖以及与周边血管关系的研究不断深入及肝血流控制技术的发展，尾状叶肿瘤的切除率明显提高。
