老年性舒张性心力衰竭患者血清NT-ProBNP、hs-CRP、CTnI水平及预后的关系被引量：24

摘要目的:探讨老年性舒张性心力衰竭(DHF)患者血清N-端脑钠肽前体(NT-ProBNP)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肌钙蛋白I(CTnI)水平变化与病情严重程度及预后的关系。方法:选择我院老年性DHF患者58例作为DHF组,另选同期健康体检者55例作为对照组,采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)于患者入院时即刻、3～5d症状好转后及7～15d症状基本消失出院时分别测定NT-ProBNP、hs-CRP、CTnI水平。结果:DHF组各项观察指标均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),心衰症状好转后NT-ProBNP、hs-CRP、CTnI值显著下降,并与心功能不全程度呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:NT-ProBNP、hs-CRP、CTnI联合检测有助于临床早期诊断左室舒张功能不全,对病情预后评估有指导意义。
