结肠腺癌组织中Bmi-1和MMP-9蛋白的表达及其意义 被引量:4

Expression of Bmi-1 and MMP-9 and their clinicopathological significances in colon adenocarcinoma

摘要 目的:探讨结肠腺癌组织中Bmi-1和MMP-9的蛋白表达情况及其临床病理意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法分别检测57例结肠癌、40例癌旁不典型增生及25例正常结肠黏膜组织中Bmi-1和MMP-9蛋白的表达情况,并分析它们的表达水平与临床病理因素的关系。结果:Bmi-1蛋白在结肠腺癌、不典型增生及结肠正常黏膜组织中的阳性表达率为56.1%、52.5%和20%;MMP-9蛋白的阳性表达率为72.5%、47.5%和16%,两者在组间的表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两者在结肠腺癌组织中的表达均与肿瘤的TNM分期、浸润深度及淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05)。两者在结肠腺癌组织中的表达呈正相关(r=0.299,P<0.05)。结论:Bmi-1和MMP-9蛋白在结肠腺癌组织中的表达状态与结肠腺癌发生发展关系密切。联合检测两者对结肠腺癌的预后判断具有一定的意义。 Objective Aim To investigate the expression and significance of Bmi-1 and MMP-9 protein in colon adenoearcinoma. Methods The protein expression of Bmi-1 and MMP-9 were detected in 57 cases of colon adenocarcinoma (CA), 40 cases of dysplasia adjacent to the tumor (DA) and 25 cases of normal colon mucosa (NCM) by immunohistochemistry respectively. Results The positive rate of Bmi-1 and MMP-9 protein was significantly depressed ordinal in CA, DA and NCM which was 56.1%, 52.5%, 20% and 72.5%, 47.5%, 16%, respectively (P 〈 0.01 ). The positive expression rates of Bmi-1 and MMP-9 were significantly related with the depth of tumor invasion, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions The expression of Bmi-1 and MMP-9 proteins is associated with invasion and metastasis in colon adenoeareinoma. Combined detection of Bmi-1 and MMP-9 protein could be one helpful index in the prognostic judgment of colon adenocarcinoma.
