摘要
目的:比较广东汉族和西藏藏族Rh表型分布特征。方法:用微柱凝胶法检测200例汉族和50例藏族样本Rh表型并进行比较。结果:汉族共检出DCCee(55.00%)、DCcEe(29.00%)、DCcee(7.00%)、DccEE(5.50%)、DccEe(3.00%)、dccee(0.50%)6种表型,藏族共检出DCCee(28.00%)、DCcEe(54.00%)、DCcee(2.00%)、DccEE(8.00%)、DccEe(8.00%)5种表型。汉族和藏族在DCCee和DCcEe这2种表型分布中均存在差异(P<0.01),汉族以RhCC(55.00%)和Rhee(62.5%)纯合子多见,而藏族以RhCc(56.00%)和RhEe(62.00%)杂合子多见(P<0.01))。结论:西藏藏族与南方汉族人群的Rh表型分布差异较大,藏族Rh表型有自己的地域分布特点。
Objective To compare the distribution characteristics of Rh phenotype from Hans in Guangdong with that from Tibetans in Tibet. Methods Rh phenotypes from 200 Hans and from 50 Tibetans were detected with microgel method, and the results were analyzed comparatively. Results 6 Rh phenotypes from 200 Hans, namely DCCee (55.00%), DCcEe (29.00%), DCcee (7.00%), DccEE (5.50%), DceEe (3.00%), dccee (0.50%) were detected respectively, 5 Rh phenotypes from 50 Tibetans, namely DCCee (28.00%), DCcEe (54.00%), DCcee (2.00%), DccEE (8.00%), DccEe (8.00%) were detected respectively. DCCee and DCeEe phenotypes presented diversity in Guangdong Hans than that in Tibetan (P 〈 0.01 ), The Han nationality presented mainly RhCC (55.00%) and Rhee (62.5%) homozygous, while Tibetan appeared chiefly RhCe (56.00%) and RhEe (62.00%) heterozygous (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Rh phenotype distribution in Tibetans in Tibet showed quite different comparing with southern Chinese Han population, while that presented little difference comparing with northern Han population, and the Tibetan displayed its own geographical distribution.
