摘要
目的研究缢蛏多肽(PSC)对小鼠免疫及抗氧化功能的影响。方法应用保健功能评价的方法,通过观察小鼠免疫器官指数、碳廓清能力、迟发型超敏反应、血清溶血素水平4项指标研究PSC对小鼠免疫功能的影响;通过观察血清SOD、GSH-Px、MDA含量,研究PSC对小鼠抗氧化能力的影响。结果与对照组相比,PSC能促进小鼠胸腺和脾脏发育及迟发型变态反应的发生,提高小鼠碳廓清能力及血清溶血素水平;PSC还能提高血清SOD、GSH-Px水平,降低血清MDA含量。结论 PSC具有显著的免疫调节作用与抗氧化作用。
Objective To study the immunoregulatory and antioxidative effects of polypeptides from Sinonovacula constricta(PSC) in mice.Methods With the assessment method of health care,by studying the immunoregulatory and antioxidative effects of PSC,the index of immune organs,carbongranular clearance ability,the delayed type hypersensitivity and the level of hemolysin production,the immunoregulatory function of PSC was analyzed,and by studying the contents of SOD,GSH-PX and MDA,antioxidative function of PSC was analyzed.Results Compared with control group,PSC could promote the development of thymus and spleen,enhance the phagocytic function of macrophage,promote the genesis of delayed type hypersensitivity remarkably,and promote the level of hemolysin in plasma.In addition,PSC could improve the level of SOD,GSH-PX and reduce the level of MDA.Conclusion PSC has immunoregulatory and antioxidative effects.
