摘要
通过对地方科研院所科研项目绩效评价实施的分析与研究,在基于应用研究项目分类的基础上,构建科研项目绩效评价体系,并就评价内容的分层次评价提出参考标准,从而为科研项目绩效评价提供科学的评价路径。
In according to the analysis about the performance evaluation of R＆D program for the local institutes, it builds indicator system based on applied research projects＇ classification, and puts forward reference standards about stratified evaluation content, in order to offer the way for the R＆D program performance evaluation.
