摘要
目的 探讨提高对原发性结肠恶性淋巴瘤的诊断水平及治疗方法.方法 对2000年～2008年19例原发性结肠恶性淋巴瘤的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 原发性结肠恶性淋巴瘤的临床表现以腹痛、腹部包块、消化道出血、体重下降、大便习惯及性状改变为主要特点,术前4例经内镜活检确诊,术前误诊率为78.9%.手术切除18例（94.7%）.随访到16例手术加化疗或化疗患者,其中9例（56.3%）术后生存超过3年.结论 原发性结肠恶性淋巴瘤临床表现缺乏特异性,早期诊断手术切除加系统的化疗和放疗是改善预后的关键.
Objective To explore how to promote the diagnostic and therapeutic level of primary colonic malignant lymphoma（PCML）.Methods Nineteen patients with PCML admitted to our hospital were analysed. Results The classic presentation of PCML included abdominal pain,abdominal mass,gastrointestinal bleeding,and defecate habits and character change,4 cases（21.1%） got definite diagnosed,and the pre-operative misdiagnosis rate was 78.9%. 18 cases（94.7%） underwent total resection, 16 cases treated with surgery plus chemotherapy or radiotherapy were followed-up,the 3-year survival rite was 56.3%.Conclusion Typical presentation is still lacking for PCML.Early diagnosis and resection plus systemic chemotherapy or radiotherapy may improve the survival rate of patients.
