摘要
目的:探讨利用腹部医学图像三维可视化系统MI-3DVS构建子宫内膜癌患者盆腔三维模型并进行可视化研究。方法:获取1例子宫内膜癌患者盆腔64排螺旋CT扫描数据,利用腹部医学图像三维可视化系统Ml-3DVS软件对其进行三维重建,重建模型以STL格式输出,导入到FreeForm Modeling System进行修饰、降噪、自动匹配、着色。结果:重建的盆腔模型能真实反映子宫的实际体积,并可通过调节子宫的透明度直接观察病灶浸润深度,同时可在三维环境下观察盆腔血管的走行和形态、相邻脏器的形态。结论:盆腔三维重建对术前了解盆腔内脏器、病灶位置及大小、血管起源及走形、降低手术并发症、减少手术时间有积极的意义,可实现个体化的手术操作及治疗。
Objective: To study the value and the clinical application of three-dimensional reconstruction in the pelvis with Carcinoma of Endometrium using the Medical image three-dimensional visualization system of abdomen (MI-3DVS). Methods: The image date of 64-slice spiral CT scanning was obtained from patient with carcinoma of endometrium. Image segmentation was performed both using computer program and manually and 3D reconstruction of the pelvis with carcinoma of endometrium using MI-3DVS.The reconstructed model of the pelvis was exported in STL format, and then into the FreeForm Modeling System for Fmodification and smoothing. Results: The reconstructed pelvic model accurately represented the actual size of the pelvic organs, and by adjusting the transparency of uterus ,the endometrium were clearly visualized ,meanwhile the model presented the pelvic vessels and organs that allowed vivid 3D observation. Conclusion: It can improve the surgical effect and decrease the surgical risk and reduce the complications through demonstrating visualized operation before surgery. It can bring personalized operation and treatment come true.
