摘要
目的:探讨通过改变CT扫描参数,降低腰椎间盘突出臭氧介入术中扫描剂量的可行性。方法:东芝Asteion4 CT机引导下定位,80例椎间盘突出患者平均分为2组,一组为常规剂量组(120 kV,250 mAs),另一组为低剂量组(120 kV,40 mAs)。使用自动调节技术扫描,两组患者体型大致一致,比较两组患者图像质量,并比较穿刺部位的准确率。结果:两组患者两种不同剂量下显示病灶形态、边缘无明显差异,病灶内部结构的显示低剂量组不及常规剂量组。结论:低剂量CT的图像质量可以达到CT引导的目的,不仅保证了穿刺的准确率,同时降低了患者所受的辐射剂量和CT球管的损耗。
Objective: To study the feasibility of changing the parameters for CT scan and thus decreasing the dosage for scan in interventional therapy for intervertebral disc prolapse.Methods: Locating under the guidance of TOSHIBA Asteion4 CT scanner,averagely dividing 80 cases of intervertebral disc prolapse into two groups,scanning 40 with routine dose(120 kV,250 mAs) and 40 with low dose(120 kV,40 mAs),and then comparing the image quality and the precision of site of puncture in the two-group cases.Results: There were no obvious differences of the shape and edge of focus displayed between the two-group cases with two different doses,250 mAs and 40 mAs,accordingly.The density of the focuses showed unevenly and that of group with low dose was lower than that of group with routine dose.Conclusion: The image quality of CT with low dose can achieve the aim of CT guidance,which not only guarantees the precision of puncture,but also decreases the dosage of radiation for patients and the depletion of bulbs of CT.
